+It was a beautiful property located close to the town centre the room was lovely and very well equipped we stayed near Halloween and there were some lovely little decorations in our room and our host holly was great and extremely attentive.

+Stayed here previously and ended up with same room which was good. Convenient to everything we needed in Blackpool
−Unlucky with the parking. 2 car spots were taken on arrival so we parked in paid parking. People staying upstairs were noisy

+Great location; close to the town centre and seafront; 5 minute walk to the Winter Gardens which was the reason for our visit to Blackpool for a dance competition. Interiors were new and modern; fresh towels included and really enjoyed the finishing touches eg. hand soap in the toilet, washing up liquid & dishwasher tablets - the little things that you often don’t think about when self-catering! Just made life so much easier. Holly was so communicative, checked in several times to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything which was greatly appreciated! We are already planning to rebook for next year!
−The only negatives were the location - being so close to the town, over the weekend it was very noisy at nighttime with people walking home. Also we were on the top floor and in the middle of a heatwave during the summer the heat in the apartment was almost unbearable, but there is a big fan to use which was a help!
