“Very relaxing which was exactly what I needed.”
+In the Ferry my home seaside. I love the area and the flat was very central and I definitely want to rebook it the coming year. Very relaxing home from home.
−Fridge/freezer hadn’t been defrosted and I managed to get most of it cleared to hold ice and a bag of peas but the door couldn’t close properly so the ice reformed quickly. It is the only thing that bothered me the rest was fine.

+Lovely comfortable apartment and so close to Broughty Ferry high street and shore. Near lovely cafes and pubs etc too. Easy to locate and park. Train station a short walk away. Only takes 12 mins to get to Dundee by train. Would recommend Mcmanus Art Gallery and Museum and Henry's Cafe
−Its was just perfect..no issues at all. Lovely quiet accommodation.

+Nice comfortable property, close to all amenities. Lovely touches to make you feel welcome.

+Beautiful with all you could possibly need gor a stay away from home. Immaculate ,clean, cosy ,beds very comfy garden in back is immaculate and closed in which is great if you have pets with you. Close to beach and all shops/restaurants ect just minutes away. Lovely welcome gift on arrival and owners reply quickly, not that I had a single issue but details regarding entry to property was easy. Would recommend and will definitely be stating at Ferry Nice again in future.

+Die perfekte Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeber waren zwar nicht persönlich vor Ort, wohl weil die Wohnung einer Immobiliengesellschaft gehört, aber die Informationen per Mail waren vollständig. Die Wohnung ist groß, schön eingerichtet, und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, sogar noch einiges mehr. Viel besser geht es nicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut. In die Innenstadt und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Auch ein Supermarkt, der sehr gut bestückt ist, ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

“Very nice stay”
+We have stayed here a few times. Such a lovely location. The owner really does look after and goes a extra mile with lovely thank you card and chocolate. We will return to this property again . Would definitely recommend
−I wasn’t happy with the shower this time . The grout in shower was quite brown this time .
