+The location was convenient for our onward trip to Lanseria Airport
−There was no hot water in the apartment and after 15hrs on an international flight this was frustrating as we could only shower at our final destination 10hrs later. The bathroom has black mould. No complementary water was provided especially in a city with questionable water services and quality. The apartment had an odd smell of a dirty ashtray and the bedroom mirror was on the floor and broken this a safer for anyone travelling with a young person or child.

“HORRIBLE”
+Horrible, we waited 2 hours at the gate to get entry code and keys.Even thought it was scam. The wifi was not working and the host didn't do anything about it. She was very rude and never bothered to apologies until I confronted her the following day. my partner mistakenly broke the glass but we paid for it the most we got the invoice. This very host said ,she doesn't give a damn whether she get reported for bad service to Booking.com and The security said we are not the first to be treated that way. We left the place near slept over. I advice Bookings.com to investigate this and subsequently block her from this platform.
−She could at least answered our calls or send the code to us the bookers or to the gate if she knew she was not gonna answer her phone. A sincere apology was also vital in this instance.
