+Lovely location, spacious apartment.
−The whole apartment is a bit tiered: towels quite old. We came for tango event, in the description of the apartment iron was included, which was nowhere to be found. Need more hangers in wardrobe.

+The location is very good, with convenient access to the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the positive aspects of the location were overshadowed by the construction work directly in front of the property and the resulting noise.
−I would not recommend this property. Our stay at Emerald Bay Suites in Protaras was a major disappointment, and the way the management handled our complaints only made the experience worse. The biggest problem was the construction site directly in front of the apartment. Work started before 7 a.m., with heavy machinery entering the site, and the noise made it impossible to enjoy a peaceful rest. When booking a holiday apartment with a sea view, we did not expect to be woken up at dawn by construction noise with a building site right in front of the balcony. What is particularly concerning is that I tried to cancel the reservation the day after booking. Emerald Team refused and admitted in writing that construction work was taking place nearby and that the photos on Booking.com showed the property before the construction began. Despite knowing this, they had not adequately informed us about the actual conditions surrounding the property. The property may argue that we were given a free upgrade to a larger, three-bedroom apartment instead of the two-bedroom apartment we had booked. The problem is that we did not need an extra bedroom. We needed the two-bedroom apartment we had booked

“Sejurul in Cipru mi-a depasit asteptarile.”
+locatia este la 4-5 minute de mare,linistita,plaja este foarte buna,are toaleta,dus pentru eliminarea nisipului de pe plaja,chioscuri de unde poti cumpara,o cafea,un suc,apa,bere,ceva de mancare,etc.Apa marii este limpede si calda,linistita,se adanceste progresiv.
−Receptia ar putea fi imbunatatita si sala de sport mai bine intretinuta,este de apreciat totusi ca exista.Cu toate astea,nu au afectat desfasurarea si calitatea sejurului.Va multumim!

“Dirthy bad smelling bad feeling”
+Nothing. The view was obstructed by a construction site and we didn't know. Noise in the mornig.

“Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location!”
+We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Suites and were very happy with our choice. The property was easy to find, parking was excellent, and collecting the key from reception was straightforward. The only minor inconvenience was that reception was located quite a few stairs down (and then back up again), which might be worth considering if you have heavy luggage. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely , spacious, bright, beautifully comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a three-minute walk from the sea and Turtle Bay, with a fantastic café within walking distance. However, the town center is quite far without a car. Fortunately, we had one, so this wasn't an issue for us. The only real downside was an unpleasant smell in the corridor and the smaller bathroom, which could certainly be improved. Apart from that, everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Emerald Suites!

“ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ”
+Φανταστική τοποθεσία. Υπάρχουν υπέροχες μικρές παραλίες πολύ κοντά και πεζόδρομος πάνω στην παραλία για περπάτημα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άριστο όσο αφορά τις ανέσεις του και κυριολεκτικά πεντακάθαρο.
−Μικρή ανακαίνιση στο μπάνιο. Τίποτα το σοβαρό όμως.
