“Perfect stay in Old Toen Valencia”
+Perfect ground floor apartment in the Old Town - a few minutes walk away from all the attractions. It felt very safe and secure for two females travelling. The apartment was a studio with kitchen, shower room, table and chairs, smart tv and large bed. It was very clean.
−Because the apartment is on the ground floor by the main entrance there is some noise from the front door and guests coming and going but wasn’t so bad.

+The apartment was clean and offered all the facilities that we needed. The instructions for entering the building and access to the door key were clear and concise and we did not encounter any problems on our arrival. The apartment was also well located for the all the old neighbourhoods in the city centre. I would highly recommend this apartment

“A lovely stay in a very clean, comfortable & conveniently located apartment.”
+The apartment was easy to access, communication from the host was very good. The apartment was very clean and spacious with modern appliances. The host kindly left water for us in the fridge. Our location was within distance of major city landmarks and also near to lovely restaurants and pubs. The area was quiet, no late night noise, which suited our group.

“Fantastic location in the heart of the old city .”
+Bright clean and spacious in a great location
−Second bathroom was not up to the standard of the downstairs bathroom. Very small basin with nowhere to place wash bags etc
+Really clean, spacious apartments Very easy check in and out services with luggage storage available for after we have checked out
+The apartment is spacious and stylish, sofa and beds are comfortable. Effective aircon and shower pressure. Well equipped kitchen. Large fridge space. 1st floor with lift for if you arrive back exhausted. Worth noting the double bedroom is smaller than the twin room which has only one wardrobe, a narrow set of drawers, and a tiny shelf either side of the bed. The twin room has 2 full size singles pushed together. Bedside drawers, 2 wardrobes, full width drawers. Good size dinnig table.
−We only have one child so gave tgem the double room which was half the size of the twin room. The sofa comfortably sat 3 people, but if you are more than 3 people, the only other place to relax is on your bed. There is a woven chair but it's not comfortable.
