+The location was great ..There is free parking for most part of the hours in the street opposite the flat. The space in the house for kids to play and run around for a few nights is great too.

“I do not recommend it.”
−The apartment hadn't been cleaned at all! A total disaster! It's far from the underground, with no shops or buses nearby. There is nowhere to dry the laundry. The power outlets weren't working. Lots of things missing from the kitchen equipment - old pots, no cutting boards, and not enough forks / any kind of coffee machine, even mocca. It was very hot because it’s an attic apartment. Everything was dirty and shabby.

+This was our second time staying here as a family. What we appreciate most is that everything is exactly as described, and the place has a wonderfully quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Clear, timely instructions for arrival and key pickup were provided in advance, which made everything seamless.
−Some elements in the apartment are quite worn out. The cooking pots and pans are no longer usable, and the vanity cabinet under the bathroom sink is ruined due to water damage. Addressing these minor issues would greatly improve the stay.

+This was a very nice apartment with all the required facilities and was to a stunning standard. We all enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and the look. Great place to stay and was ideal for our trip to wembly along with other key parts of London. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you for having us.
−All great other than the heat however 32 degrees is going to be hot anywhere.

“great property, great host, great stay.”
+Easy to access, also a great location if you’re wanting to make your way into central London and Wembley as there are two near by underground stations! Property was clean and cozy and gave us a perfect place to come home to after busy days.

+Very peaceful, 15 min away on foot from the district line, spacious, felt like a home. Owner was very attentive and available on short notice

“Okay place to sleep in”

−The space was smaller than expected, and it was difficult to sit comfortably at the dining table because of the height restrictions. There was also no shower gel provided and no bathroom bin. In addition, we noticed a stain on the sofa. The host also had several cleaning requirements, some of which felt excessive, with fines deducted from the deposit if they were not completed.
