“Ganz viel Licht! (und nur wenige Sonnenflecken)”
+Die Lage mit Meerblick ist phänomenal. Erste Reihe mit Infrastruktur, die nicht überlaufen ist, macht Laune. Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus oder im Meer direkt vor dem Haus... Die Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
−Wer nicht Treppensteigen kann oder mag, ist hier nicht richtig, da die Wohnung im Townhouse-Stil ist. Eine Klimaanlage fehlt - die zahlreichen Ventilatoren können das nur teilweise kompensieren.

+Great location, very clean and comfy
−This year was way hotter than last. Nights were hot with only fans and no air con. Probably would have been fine last year

+El apartamento estaba muy bonito y bien amueblado. Perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones oyendo las olas del mar romper. Muy luminoso y con vistas espectaculares al mar. Las habitaciones son amplias y los dos cuartos de baño son perfectos y amplios.
−Nos pilló en una ola de calor, y el apartamento contaba solamente con ventiladores de techo, salvo en una habitación y en el salón. Se ha hecho algo difícil descansar porque no había manera de mantener las habitaciones frescas Si se usan las dos duchas a la vez sale poca presión en ambas

“Superb”
+Excellent location with beautiful views. Above a bar but noise not too bad and quiet after midnight. Bar downstairs is great. Helpful and kind owner. Resolved a few issues quickly. Comfortable. Large and spacious. Newly decorated and furnished. Smart TV and good Internet connection a big plus, especially when travelling with teens.
−Would benefit from aircon but not too bad with fans and sea breeze with balcony doors open. Grip rails in showers would help people with balance or mobility issues. Similarly, a walk-in shower in the downstairs bathroom with good non-slip flooring would be good. Lots of stairs - can't be helped obviously - but less mobile people may struggle.
“Great Location with stunning views”
+The apartment was brilliant and in an amazing location central to the town of Cala Bona. Gorgeous views, clean and peaceful. You can hear the sea whilst you are sleeping and there is a beautiful sunrise view from one of the two balconies. We would go back!
−Just be aware if you are booking that there is no air conditioning which is tough when hot in July/August. Fans are provided though!
