“Stunning apartment.”
+Location, size and view

“The car needs to be parked some blocks away and have a walking distance to the apt. We had few luggage (just a carry on”
+Excellent and beautiful apt. Just as the published pictures. Fantastic view Complete kitchen Beds are so comfortable Everything was clean and looked new.
−Internet didn’t work so well. But alessandro was kind and tried to solve this problem The second day it worked better (but still had some service interruptions). Hopefully claims can be done and solve this issue.
“Great view. Bathroom cleanliness poor. Washing machine broken. Car access a nightmare.”
+The view of Lake Como was fabulous.
−Car access and parking was very bad. We only got a video of the car access limitations after we had paid for our stay. Given the difficulties with car access we would have looked for a different location if we had been informed earlier in the process.
