+Lovely, comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. The room was clean and well equipped, and the property had everything we needed for a short stay. The host was welcoming and helpful. Thank you Sheila
−Nothing at all

“Our stay”
+Sheila was lovely and very welcoming. Nice comfortable bed, warm shower, clean spacious apartment in a good location close to the festival we were going to. Close to M5 but once you close the windows you don't hear any traffic at all.

+Great to have a kitchen/lounge area. Wonderful host with lots of local knowledge and good communication prior and during our stay. Lots of free parking and easy access to main road. Well stocked kitchen with ample cutlery and crockery. We were pleased with the fans in both rooms and ability to open doors and windows during the heatwave. Appreciated bins being emptied during our 4 night stay.
−Beds a bit saggy and could do with new pillows.

+Very nice little apartment. Very clean. On the outskirts of Exeter with lots to do in the area. We stayed 1 night as we went to a concert at Powderham Castle and was an half hour drive away. Perfect.
