+Location perfect and very quiet and peaceful Very quiet and fantasitic walks right from door Great pub and food at Royal Oak in Withypool Hosts were lovely and helpful re providing logs etc Good WiFi
−Bed uncomfortable and sofa was not great either Needs a bit of updating as work tops etc a bit worn Shower very small and large person would struggle to use it
“Would love to stay again but property is a long way from Withypool centre”

“We enjoyed and very relaxing visit to the local area and visiting family. The accommodation was super, we will be return”
+The property was very comfortable, the bedroom was very spacious the bed comfortable. Upon arrival we were very happy with all the extras that were supplied in the kitchen, it was a lovely surprise. The kitchen has everything that’s needed and more. The bathroom was downstairs, but that didn’t worry us. There was parking available very nearby. We liked it that it was very rural, but not too far from the village.
