+Property was very nicely updated. Excellent location just about a 10 minute walk from San Marco plaza and only 3 minutes from the water taxi. Paolo and Julia were very attentive to details. Room is far larger than a typical Italian hotel room, essentially a spacious studio apartment. Great value.

+Perfect location not far from St Marks but just far enough that it’s not in a constant traffic jam. Lots of room with everything we needed. Great people , Paolo and Stefania are friendly and very helpful. Everything is very well organized.
