+Very quiet location, easy short walk into town, a stones throw from pub and convenience store. very well equipt ,clean and cozy ,very comfy bed .we especially loved the decor.. a parking space would have made it perfect, but not really an issue a there is parking close by from 50p for half an hour
+Clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

+Great location near the river. Cottage is small but comfy and clean.
+We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Briar Cottage. Everything you needed was in the Cottage. Great location. Will definitely be returning.

+The location was excellent, it was quiet but with two shops nearby and a pub. The bus stop was very close to the cottage. The cottage was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was great. It didn’t take long to walk across the bridge to East Looe with its museums and shops and a lovely sandy beach.

+Fantastic location, cottage very cosy and comfortable and clean, some lovely touches to make your stay more enjoyable... . Decorating and facilities to a very high standard. Local old pub 100 mtr away shop 50 mtr. Very quiet location.

+Very clean and well equipped property in a good, quiet location with a decent pub (the Jolly Sailor) and a Spar shop only 50 yards away. A warm, well heated cosy retreat from the wind and rain!
