+Great location and the room had everything we needed.
−The shower water temperature was extremely inconsistent: the hot water only lasted for a few minutes, and most of the time the water was far too hot, making it impossible to shower comfortably. Additionally, the windows did not close properly so the room was cold.

+I actually put in the wrong date on the reservation and never got to experience anything positive.
−I did not like how inflexible the host and system was. I accidentally made the reservation on the wrong day and tried to cancel is within 2 minutes. I was told that the policy did not allow for that and that the host would have to approve a refund. The host was not understanding of my simple mistake. While it Was my mistake, I would have thought that a real customer focused host would see a 2 minute cancellation as reasonable. Bob did not. I would not recommend a host that doesn't have any flexibility with simple mistakes. It just does not bode well. Red flag for sure.

“Increïble ubicación, instalaciones mejorables.”
+La ubicación y que el personal estaba muy pendiente a través de whatsapp de que todo fuese bien dado que no hay recepción.
−Las instalaciones son algo viejas. No hay ascensor. El que no haya recepción en algunos momentos es algo incómodo ya que nada se resuelve al momento pero igualmente estan muy pendientes de ayudarte.

“Excellent location with peace and tranquility among the boisterous street!”
+The unit which we stayed is nestled inside a courtyard away from the busy street. Peaceful and quiet. There are many trattorias just outside the street.

+Tollle zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig genug, um gut schlafen zu können.
−Zimmer war 30 Minuten nach Check in-Zeit noch nicht fertig. Warmes Wasser gab es erst nach der Reparatur am nächsten Tag.

“Beliggenhed!”
+Fuldstændigt fantastisk beliggenhed, og meget smart og velfungerende selvbetjent indcheckning. Gode senge og fint badeværelse. God klimastyring.
−Lidt for "fattigt" indrettet, meget lille studio lejlighed, med to mikro stole og et lille rundt bord (også mikro). Ingen sofa, ingen mulighed for at opholde sig i lejligheden, medmindre man ville ligge i sengen. Både lejlighedens hoveddør og skydedøren til badeværelset bandt og var funktions hæmmede. Luggage room er simpelthen usselt. Det kan Bob W. ikke være bekendt. Men igen: beliggenheden var FANTASTISK!

“Appartement très agréable.”
+Appartement fonctionnel et grand,calme et pourtant juste a côté du ponte vecchio. Bagagerie très pratique.
