+Bancroft is a great apartment. It is well located for Durham centre, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owners are lovely and helpful.

+The property is spacious and so well played out and really clean and smelt amazing! They kindly left bread, butter, tea coffee and sugar as well as a bottle of rose wine which was such a lovely touch! Oh and chocolate for the kids 😊

+Beautiful apartment, really good communication throughout, very good location to Durham. Bedrooms beautiful. Very clean throughout and really nicely laid out. Feels like a home from home.

“Great apartment!”
+Great apartment in a perfect location to get into the City of Durham. The place was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had been stocked with the basics which was great after a long journey. The owners were very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend!
