“I whish I could live there permanently.”
+Stayed for 1.5 months,friendly and helpful reception staff. Customer service is quick to respond, always pleasant, and ready to assist whenever possible. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and efficient. Definitely a home away from home

+Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren auch diesmal wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet und unser Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in einer möglichst hohen Etage wurde berücksichtigt. Das Zimmer war äußerst sauber, sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet - es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sodass man sich fast wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

+Muy buena ubicación. El camino hacia el centro era fácil y muy lindo. Departamento pequeño para dos personas. Tiene parking sin techo a 15€ por día.
−No tiene horno ni microondas. En el piso de la recepción había una sala con un microondas para usar. El baño y la ducha muy pequeños.

+This was the most affordable, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Riga so far in years! The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood generally was quiet, despite the busy night life that may appeal to some. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.

+Eine nahezu komplett neue Einrichtung, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut (zwar nicht super zentral) allerdings in einer sehr schönen Straße mit etlichen Cafes etc. in der Nähe!

+Die Wohnung war blitzblank sauber, als ich ankam und der Rezeptionist wartete sogar bis nach Mitternacht auf mich, weil mein Flug erst so spät landete. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, besonders gut fand ich, dass es eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Klimaanlage, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Kühl- sowie Gefrierschrank gab. Ich fühlte mich vom ersten Tag an wie zuhause. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an einer Hauptstraße lag, war es Nachts nicht zu laut, weil die Fenster recht gut gedämmt waren. Alles in allem würde ich diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt!
−Das einzige, das an der Wohnung noch besser sein könnte, wäre eine bequemere Couch. Die Couch war im eingezogenen Zustand zu schmal und wenn man sie ausgezogen hat, dann war in der Mitte ein dicker Holzbalken, der hart und unbequem war.
