“Very relaxing and splendid view from the sitting room.”
+Beautiful property with great views. Excellent hot showers.
−There is not much to pickup. The bedrooms probably get hot in summer but it is easy to get a breeze through the sash windows.

+The hosts were lovely, the views were amazing, it was so peaceful. The area was just stunning and had so many lovely places to eat and drink. The walks were lovely and it was just what we needed.

−Water dripping outside bedroom 1 - maybe the gutter is broken?, worth highlighting stairs upto the property a bit steep if you have mobility issues. No where to put shower/shampoo in the showers.

+The property is well resourced and it is a home away from home . It has all the modern comfort. It is spacious and airy and my family had ample space to interact and move about
−Parking is a challenge and with luggage you will need to be dropped whilst the driver looks for parking . This can take time and not always near and have to ensure that read signs to avoid parking fine There is no network in area - it took a while for the wifi to be sorted -about 3 hrs .However, kept updated by staff

+die Lage war großartig, die Aussicht aus den Fenstern war auf den Fluss. Sehr Hochwertige Ausstattung, alles neu renoviert. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter host.
−steile lange Treppe, bin gehbehindert. Dusche: kaltes Wasser nicht möglich; Duschkabinentür schloss nicht richtig.

“Excellent stay in stunning location”
+The property was in an excellent position . Parking is on the road for free , if you can get it . We have been twice and have had no issues . There is the option of overnight parking with a charge at two local car parks . Our friends and ourselves thoroughly enjoyed . The flame factory restaurant food was excellent. We had Sunday lunch in the Royal George ,also excellent . Locals friendly and All pubs recommended. Boat trip across the estuary to Instow was a bonus , watch the tide times though. Will definately visit again , and stay in same place .
