“Very good location, very poorly managed apartment.”
+The location was the only thing we liked about this place, right next to the metro station, City 2 mall and all kind of restaurants/shops. They let us checkin earlier, which I appreciate, also the heat was working ok, unfortunately I had to sleep right next to the gas boiler, which was in the bedroom.
−Bed, couch, even chairs very uncomfortable. Bed sheets and towels are old and disn't look very clean. The gas-fired heating boiler is in the bedroom, next to the bed. Every time it starts you can easily hear it and feel the vibrations. The stairway to the apartment smells awful. Noisy at night, the windows were loose. Probably this could be fixed with some adjustments. Every night we could feel the food smell from the restaurants under the apartment probably. They only left 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 persons/4 nights. Only one trash bag. Such a shame that a very central apartment with enough space to acomodate 4 people looks so bad, when it could shine with a few small investment and a lot more personal care by the hosts.

“Weekend in Brussels”
+Very good location, less than 10 minutes away from Brussels North station, in front of Rogier metro station a d 15 walking distance from the Grand Place. Lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The apartment was clean and nice, the kitchen very well equipped. The staff was kind and helpful. Very good value for money!
−Being on a main road, the apartment can be a bit noisy.

−Fuyez ! Le logement est insalubre et infesté de punaises de lit. Nous avons dû plier bagages à 22h. Le propriétaire refuse de rembourser le logement, ne répond pas aux sollicitations sans menace de procédures. De plus, il mériterait une rénovation. Équipements dégradés, canapé sale.

+The apartment was clean and everything else was fine.
−The only downside was the very narrow spiral staircase. It was extremely difficult to go up and down, even without any bags, and carrying a medium or large suitcase would be a real struggle. I wouldn’t recommend this place for seniors or anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs can be quite difficult and potentially unsafe to use. If you’re planning to stay here, make sure you’re comfortable with narrow spiral stairs before booking.

−Appartement sous les toits, nous avons juste une vision du ciel et il est très compliqué de fermer les stores ou ouvrir la fenêtre. Les fenêtres sont beaucoup trop hautes et le bras en métal pour fermer les stores était cassé à l’extrémité. Plusieurs réveils la nuit à cause du bruit dans la rue. La télévision ne fonctionne pas, on nous a dit problème avec proximus mais sans solution apportée. Des appareils faisant fuir les insectes doivent être branchés en permanence, un autre piège à nuisibles est caché derrière le lit de l’étage… bref rien de rassurant dans tout cela. Enfin si vous avez des problèmes de motricité ou pour porter vos valises , il faut savoir que l’appartement est situé au 4 eme étage sans ascenseur dans un très étroit escalier en colimaçon.

−We weren't overly impressed with this. Whilst it isn't rated overly highly, some small amendments cpuld make a big difference. * Pillows: one sparsely filled pillow each made it very uncomfortable. Replace the pillows; these seemed like they were a decade old. * Floor/door numbers: lack of signs made it hard to know which apartment was which. We didn't have difficulty, but the people staying a floor down clearly did, as they tried to let themselves into ours at 1:30 in the morning (not a great experience). * Additional keys: a set of keys per guest would be helpful. Sharing one meant we couldn't come back separately. Other things worth mentioning but harder to fix; the shower tray was cracked and had been glued over, and the rodent trap in the corner was a little off-putting - we hoped it was just precautionary. The bathroom door didnt open all the way due to the bedside table (which only had a lamp on one side of the bed). Very noisy; party though, this is the location.

−Хозяйка апартаментов , приятная в общении женщина, и мы заранее знали про особенности жилья (неоткрывающиеся окна и узкую винтовую лестницу, из-за которой трудно поднимать чемоданы), так что к этому претензий нет. Однако общее состояние апартаментов оставляет желать лучшего: постельное бельё старое и застиранное (уже давно потеряло белизну), а Wi-Fi работал с постоянными перебоями. Главная и самая серьезная проблема , в постели были обнаружены клопы. Когда мы сообщили об этом на ресепшен, решение проблемы ограничилось тем, что нам просто выдали баллончик от насекомых. Такая реакция на подобную ситуацию абсолютно неприемлема. Оставаться в таких условиях было невозможно, поэтому мы были вынуждены собрать вещи и уехать раньше запланированного срока (18 октября вместо 19 октября). Итоговое впечатление от проживания полностью испорчено.
