“Excellent Location, but Persistent Heating Problems and Disappointing Management”
+The location is undoubtedly one of the property's strongest advantages. It is very close to the city centre, train station, cafés, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. Many places can easily be reached on foot, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.
−We stayed in Apartment E for six nights with our one-year-old baby. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building without an elevator, making access with a stroller and luggage difficult. From the first day, the apartment was uncomfortably cold, particularly the living room and bedroom. The radiators barely heated. Instead of investigating, management suggested that we perceived the apartment as cold because we came from a warmer country. They repeatedly insisted that 20°C was sufficient, dismissing our concerns. After repeated complaints, a technician finally inspected the system, found significant trapped air in the radiators, and had to add water twice. This confirmed a genuine technical problem that should have been identified before our arrival. Unfortunately, the problem returned later during our stay. The thermostat appeared set to approximately 20°C, and the apartment remained cold. Despite repeated requests, management refused to provide individual room temperatures or overnight temperature records, sharing only general readings. When we opened the bathroom window for normal ventilation, management blamed us for the heating problem. Even eight hours after closing it, t

+Piękne miejsce w samym centrum ulm blisko katedra. Apartament posiadał wszystko co potrzebne bylo zeby spokojnie spędzić czas
“Super!”

“Feel like home!”
+I can not imagine a better location so close to city center as well as HBF!! Parking place 50 my; very nice restaurants starting from 50mt distance. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need. Check-in was so easy whichever time you arrive. Clean bed, linens, bath. It was an excellent stay. For whom looking for a temporary stay; should definitely consider this place! PS: next week I’ll be staying again 🤗
−Shower gel shampoo is missing in bathroom. Do not forget to bring them with you.
“Tidy, comfy stay in the middle of Ulm”
+Nice and clean, seamless check in
−Smelled a bit like fresh construction (cleaning soap, plastics) - not a problem after opening all windows
