+The owner was so helpful. We had an issue with the water due to some works in the village, but the owner immediately responded and solved the problem. He communicated very well and welcomed us warmly. He even left us some typical sweets from the country and, to our surprise, fruits from his garden. It was such a nice gesture.

+Clean apartment
−We stayed for 1 night and there was no hot or cold water (incl. in toilet) in the apartment during first day. Seems like water valve was just closed. Water started flowing through the pipes only in the morning. If you are traveling with more than 2 people, be ready there are no sheets for sofa, you'll have to sleep just right on a sofa. Owner is not responding to phone calls, we had to communicate asynchronously over booking.com messages only.

“Great home base for exploring this amazing region of Montenegro.”
+The unit is spacious and modern and located in a very quiet part of town. The washing machine was a nice bonus as well and the kitchen is equipped with enough equipment for basic cooking and eating if you’d like. Bed and couches were comfortable and there are nice country views from the unit. Parking available tight in front of the apartment complex as well. The building itself is still unfinished but that didn’t take away from our enjoyment and it ensured peace and quiet during our stay. The unit owner was also very friendly and accommodating and was easy to communicate with.

+It's a brand new apartment. We already knew from the other reviews that the house was not finished so that wasn't a problem for us. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water.
−We don't recommend coming in the winter months. While we were there it got warmer (20° C) during the day so it was fine but the colder days were quite challenging with only a small heater inside.
