“Neat little house”
+Great location, right in the centre of the village. Small, clean and practical.
−Beware, the staircase is for agile people only. It's quite narrow and steep.

“Disappointing stay”
+Only the fact that it was near the centre
−There were gaps under the doors and cold was coming in as well as many creeping insects, which were also found under the pillows on the beds. The apartment was not clean and there was a partial power outage due to poor maintenance of the place. A piece of wood (splitter) of the table caused an injury and an infection on my leg (poor maintenance too). The staircase was dangerous and uncomfortable. Bad TV signal

“Pleasant”
+Convenient location if Areopolis is your idea of a vacation. The security, through a secure gate to get to the house. There was a balcony. There is a free car park not too far but still a walk not so easy if you have mobility issues. Fridge works. Hostess friendly enough. Close to activity in Areapolis without the noise.
−There is a paddle staircase which to be fair is on their photos. There is another set of stairs outside the building to get upstairs. For the price it is very basic and somewhat unfinished. Kitchen not the best but, there is a washing machine. Access to second bedroom is through another bedroom. Bathroom is basic. It was not very clean, floors needed a good clean and surfaces too. Filled with ornaments that have no use.

“Dissappointing stay”
+Cute traditional house in a beautiful village
−Located next door to loud rooftop bars and restaurants, which was very noisy into the early hours of the morning. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or young children. Had to use an external staircase to access the bedroom as the internal staircase was more like a ladder and was dangerous. The kitchen was not fully equipped with basics such as a bread / sharp knife or egg flip. Clothes washing detergent enough for 1 very small load (need at least 2 for whites and darks). The hand-held shower could be more practical if there was a hook on the wall to hang it off for showering, and water pressure was erratic. Communication with the owner was very unpleasant and unprofessional as a business owner. Access to the property was difficult and time-consuming, which could have been avoided if sent written instructions (like all other properties), including initial sending of information about having to park the car in the public car park as there is no car access to the property. That would have avoided carrying large suitcases along cobble streets. Additionally, information on contact details of the proper authorities to manage noise from late night music, parties, etc, would have
