「Rooms need work」
−-Started with check in at 3pm, I showed up at 330 and the room wasnt ready until 4. -the laminate flooring in the room was slightly sticky -the ac kept kicking off and not reaching the set temperature -the toilet continually leaked and had phantom fills, I eventually had to turn off the water at the toilet so I could sleep -it is close to the freeway and the windows are not sound proof enough making it loud and difficult to sleep -lights in the parking lot were bright and the blinds were insufficient to get the room dark -no inner liner on the shower and shower had low water pressure -the bedside light switch which controlled the main light in the middle of the room didn’t function

+The guy who checked us is was nice and easy to talk to.
−I didn't like the location, too much traffic the environment was sketchy for example too many homeless and people under the influence. I didn't feel comfortable with my truck being parked in the parking lot.

−Bed linens were stained and gross. Price was ridiculously high for the vagrants that frequent this location and status of the linens.

−Reserved through booking and it gave me a total. But when I checked in I was charged around $10 more.

−I HATE the beds I mean strongly dislike. And I also don't like how if you've been staying here for weeks or month, everytime, you renew your room you have to pay this linen fee!!
