「It's okey for a sleepover place and location」
+I needed affordable hotel for staying and the place met sleep requirements and shower but it was quite outdated and facilities were limited. Cleaning wise it was not dirty but it could have newer bedding and use of some paint. Location was good.
−This place needs upgrades starting with new linen and fresh paint on the walls and windows and some updated curtains. Adding actual sliding closets in the rooms would be a nice addition too

−What I do not like that some of the rooms has the has very old woods and the beds has to be renovated and updated and some is to be renewed

「It was suitable for purpose」
+It was close to amenities. It was fairly clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The cleaners were pleasant and helpful
−Although sofa and drapes needed a clean as left the room with a musty smell . Although when booking it stated breakfast was available I was not provided with any information on arrival about it or anything else. So went out for breakfast throughout my stay . Some noisy neighbours . During rain overflow was right outside my front door which made a lot of noise during night

「Nicht empfehlenswert!」
+Die Lage ist ok.
−Das Zimmer roch nach Urin, der Boden klebte und unsere Bettdecke war voller Zigarettenlöcher. Auch die Klientel des Hotels war äußerst fragwürdig. Es hat einfach nichts gestimmt. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung - dieses Hotel kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen.

「Not a place I would stay at again, requested a refund and have not heard back from hotel. It was so dirty and not a safe」

−The sheets were dirty, there’s was bugs on the bed. The walls had boogers. Just not clean at all!
