−I recently stayed at the Westcourt Hotel in Eindhoven, and I can honestly say that this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. For the price we paid, the overall experience was completely unacceptable. First of all, the booking process was unnecessarily complicated. We wanted to book a room directly at the hotel reception, but we were told that this was not possible. Apparently, guests are not allowed to book a room at the reception and must make their reservations online instead. As a result, I had to book our room through Booking.com for €139. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. The first room we were given had an absolutely unbearable smell of curry. The odor was extremely strong and overwhelming, making it practically impossible to stay in the room, let alone sleep there. It was completely unacceptable. We immediately went back to reception to explain the situation and request another room. Instead of apologizing or offering a suitable solution, the staff showed absolutely no understanding or consideration for our complaint. +Geweldige locatie, heerlijk bed!
−Bij aankomst eerder dan de aangegeven inchecktijd werd er niet echt meegedacht. Simpelweg; kom om 15u maar terug. An sich volgens de voorwaarden, maar een beetje moeite doen was leuk geweest. Verder een heel goed verblijf gehad!

「Perfecte locatie en vriendelijk personeel」
+We hadden wat problemen in onze studio en maakten daar melding van. Snel werd naar een oplossing gezocht en kregen we een alternatieve studio aangeboden. Dat is top service! Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de ligging is perfect! Fijn dat er een garage is onder het hotel waar je geen plek voor hoeft te reserveren.
−Voor een 4 sterren hotel zou je toch verwachten dat er elke dag wel housekeeping is als je dat wilt. Maar dat is om de drie dagen. Gevolg zaken als koffie of handdoeken kunnen al op of vies zijn. Gelukkig kun je via whatsapp letterlijk alles regelen als je iets nodig hebt.

−Pas de room service! Très très décevant pour le prix. Un service I.A par WhatsApp pour répondre à la place de l’accueil et à l accueil des très jeunes un peu robotisés . Bref, ça manque sérieusement de chaleur humaine!!

「Luxeus hotel voor een goede prijs」
+Heel mooie kamer gekregen op de hoek en het verste van de straat. Bijna geen lawaaihinder van buiten. Mooi groot bed dat heel comfortabel is.
−Afzijdig van een paar vlekken op de vloer, was alles prima!

「Good for business trip.」
+The location of the hotel was very good. really close to the main city area, public transportation and even to the football stadium. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean.
−The room i had was very far away from the reception and complicated to get to. The pillow is bit too soft for my liking but maybe others may like it that way.
