「If you like peace and quiet, this is your place」
+I very much enjoyed my stay at Waterside. The apartment is so nice and roomy. Heidi at the front desk was so friendly and explained everything with ease. I will definitely come back and stay longer than a weekend next time.

+1500 sq ft suite. Excellent balcony with full view of water. Main bedroom bath jacuzzi tub.

−The time for the property to release the deposit is CRAZY! We checked out on August 23 and the deposit is still pending. The bank said the property put a 30 day hold on the deposit. So if you need your deposit back in a timely manner, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I recommend for quality and quietness, not for location since it’s far away from things.

「Wonderfully relaxing. Have no photos to share.」
+Unit was very spacious and clean with a wonderful view of Albemarle Sound. A well equipped kitchen. Nice pool and hot tub, had a fire pit which we did not use but was at an excellent location overlooking the Sound. Also had a garage so you didn’t have to park in the sun.
−The only thing I would change is the lock on the door. Had to lock with a key. It didn’t lock automatically when you closed the door.

「They were very accommodating of my large family and I appreciate that.」

−It was a bit of a haul to the Outer Banks but wonderful for a long weekend stay.
