+Location: excellent, directly on Atins beach.
−Hygiene: below acceptable standard. Toilet water ran yellow, a frog was found in the toilet bowl, and shower water had a metallic taste. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were pleasant, but food quality was mediocre and breakfast was below average. Hygiene was the main issue affecting the stay. Staff indicated this is common across properties in Atins; however, other hotels we visited in the area had clean, functioning bathrooms. The reception toilets, which we used as an alternative, are cleaned only once per day. Rooms booked as "sea view" did not have one. All bungalows are located behind the restaurant with limited to no view; despite our request for a sea view, our room was positioned at the back of the property. At €450/night per room, the rate does not match the level of hygiene and overall service provided. The location remains a strong asset for guests who are not sensitive to these issues.

+Café da manhã sensacional, num ambiente espetacular.
−A água (da cidade inteira) tem cheiro e cor. Isso é meio desconfortável numa pousada de luxo como esta.

+Localização muito legal, disposição dos chalés também muito bacana, arquitetura e paisagismo muito bonitos também
−Atendimento no café da manhã dos funcionários é bom porém a demora foi enorme, gastamos uma hora e meia pra tomar café vários pratos eram pedidos e não vinham, vinham por engano e pedidos errados, achei estranho também tinha um kit de boas vindas no quarto com frutas e castanhas não comemos tudo no primeiro dia, e no segundo dia foi retirado sendo que queríamos comer mais o que não foi comido no primeiro dia
