「I would not recommend staying there outside the summer months」
+The staff were nice and so was the breakfast
−Heated pool did not work which was the reason we picked this hotel.

「A wonderful stay with great hospitality in a stunning location」
+The view from Vila Bisera is stunning. The breakfast was lovely and always fresh. The breakfast room was also lovely to sit in with the same stunning views of Lake Ohrid as we had from our room. The staff both on both reception and at breakfast were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Betty in particular was a favourite with our children, driving them up to our room on the golf buggy. They were big fans!
−Nothing it was perfect.

「Kaunis, mutta kaukana」
+Offseasonilla matkustaessa saimme huoneluokan korotuksen veloituksetta. Poreallas huoneessa oli luksusta
−Aika paljon erilaisia hyönteisiä huoneessa Sijainti vaatii joko paljon rahaa taksiin tai oman auton
