「Overall good but not upto the mark」
+Breakfast was good . Location is also good as per Vrindavan city
−Bathroom is not so good. It lack space.

「A perfect place to stay for a stopover on the way to other places or just to explore Vrindavan properly」
+We loved the rooms, very spacious and great facilities such as restaurant. It was also close to temples. The staff were so kind, especially Anjali who was so accommodating for us and helped write an itinerary for us on what temples to go to, and what is the best places to go to for walks.

+The best thing about this hotel is its location. The common areas and hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not justify the price we paid.
−The hotel fell short of expectations in several important areas. Rooms are exceptionally small, with minimal space around the bed. Food is heavily overpriced. A simple meal can easily cost around ₹2,000. Housekeeping service is limited and unavailable after 5 PM. During our two-night stay, the room was never cleaned, bedsheets were not changed, and trash and used dishes left outside the room were not removed. A late checkout request, despite our 11 PM check-in, resulted in a half-day room charge. The room lacked a basic night lamp or low-light option.

+The property was centrally placed , very clean hygienic . The staff was very cordial, they directed us in best possible manner. The food was hot , good, yummilicious and very scrumptious.

+Excellent facilities. Great food and chef. Friendly and helpful staff.
−Location is great. However, Vrindavan traffic control rules made it very difficult and unpleasant to get to hotel for check-in and get out for check-out. If you hv luggage it is a real hassle. And if you are coming from outside the town then who doesn’t hv luggage. Hotels are a big part of Vrindavan economy. Hotel leaders and city leaders should find a way to treat traffic in/out of hotels differently.
