+Trailside Inn was a great $100 motel room for a quick nights sleep. Neighbourhood seamed fine so I might ask for a room on the back side to get away from the hwy.

+Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Good enough for a short stay.
−Could use a lamp with cell charging plug in. A bedside table on both sides of the bed would be nice. If staying again I’d ask for a room at the back of the Main Street more quiet, lots of semi’s on the road glad I brought ear plugs.

「The ratings of the hotel did NOT match the actual experience; the hotel was adequate, at best」
+Directly off of the freeway / main road. Front desk personal were personable
−Amenities were outdate. The room was HOT!!!!, no a/c, no complimentary fan, and the window could NOT be opened (intentionally locked with a screw, screwed into the window track - so it could NOT be opened

「It’s good value and we would stay again」
+The room was very clean and available to us early, the shower had great pressure and beds were actually quite nice and firm. Our room had a fridge, microwave and a dresser for clothes . It also had good Shaw cable as well so it was nice to unwind after a long day just showing shows.

「It was ok. The staff was very pleasant.」
+The elderly couple at the front desk were friendly and helpful in regard to room location, parking, and locations to eat.
−The price we paid was higher than expected and in comparison to what was stated online. I think the couple were making a good effort, but the place needed more. Also hotels of the price we paid generally provide shampoo, conditioner. One pillow case was very piling. There was a black hair in the sink and a hair on the "clean" towel.
