「Wonderful-Fantastic」
+Our stay at Torre Capranics was truly wonderful. The self check‑in and check‑out made everything easy and stress‑free, and the hotel’s beautiful central location allowed us to enjoy Rome with complete ease. Everything was immaculately clean, with a level of care that made us feel comfortable and at home. The staff were warm, kind, and genuinely attentive, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. We left with only positive impressions and look forward to returning soon.

「Great location, nice staff but a lot of room for improvement inside」
+It was huge, and the location was amazing.
−It wasn’t clean enough. The AC was a mess and it was extremely noisy. The windows didn’t have any kind of sound insulation. The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t comfortable and we ended up sleeping in the small bed in the second bedroom.

+Great location.
−The apartment is on the fourth floor, but given the unusually high ceilings on the lower floors, the climb is effectively equivalent to six normal floors. This would be manageable with a reliable elevator, but the elevator is quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. It randomly stops between floors for two to five minutes, leaving you trapped inside, wondering whether it will eventually restart or whether you will need to call emergency services. An extremely unpleasant and potentially frightening experience. The apartment itself is also very poorly designed. Despite its generous size, much of the space is wasted, and the layout is remarkably impractical. There are stairs between the bedroom and the toilets, electrical outlets are inconveniently far from the bed, and the lighting throughout is inadequate. Basic considerations of comfort and functionality seem to have been overlooked. Overall, the experience falls well short of what one would reasonably expect from a four-star property. The price can only be explained by the high-season demand in Rome; it bears little relationship to the quality, comfort, or practicality of the accommodation..

「Great building, but not much else good here」
+The apartment is in a brilliant location. The historic building is amazing with a great view. The staff are very friendly.
−I would not recommend staying here with young children. Lots of stairs, which is fine, but we were warned not to use the lift in case the emergency button was accidentally pressed and then you would be trapped. So we obviously didn't get in it with two small kids. The shower wasn't very good, and everything is very basic. The window opens right out onto a drop so I was worried about my 2 year old being able to open it. This is an apartment, not a hotel, there is no staff on site and no breakfast, it was very expensive and I'm glad we only had one night here. Various things were broken: plug sockets, lights, etc. And the cot for the baby had questionable stains on it so she had to sleep in bed with me.
