+After reserving a non-smoking room weeks in advance, only a smoking room was available. Staff seemed confused, had to return to office to settle confusion after settling into room. Room appeared grimy and smelled strongly, had to air out for hours. Needs remodel and deep clean. No coffee machine in room. Highway noise loud. Area desolate.
+Price was good. Pretty run down but can see they are trying to make some changes. It’s all on one level which is handy when traveling with pets.

+I don't think this hotel is geared to a short stay of one day. Lots of industrial pickups there and the receptionist assumed we were staying a week!

+I made my reservation at this hotel months in advance. Upon arriving at the hotel late at night with my 3 kids the front office manager told me directly and without apology that she had given away the double room I had booked. All she had was a room with one king bed that I only accepted out of desperation and exhaustion. The room was below average, broken towel rack in bathroom, dirty pictures on the walls and dirty towels in the bathroom as well. I asked for clean towels and was once again given dirty towels. I would not recommend anyone stay here, ever.
