「Damp rooms」
+Loved the setting around the lake. Food was very good
−Rooms are underneath the pub and they smell damp. There was a dehumidifier that looked like an air freshener in the room so this is likely a known problem

「Felt like a luxury stay!」
+The staff were very attentive and helpful. Took us to the room to check in and allowed us to order food as the kitchen was about to close. Very clean and comfortable. Nice luxury touches such as a range of teas, biscuits and toiletries in the room. We stayed here a night before travelling from Gatwick airport. Was just around the corner so perfect location.
−Nothing - would come back during the day to see the view!!
+Lovely hotel suite And lovely lake and restaurant will definitely book again its relaxing
−The restaurant closes early .

−Il était impossible de rejoindre l'établissement directement, les appels sont redirigés à une receptionniste virtuelle et personne ne nous a rappelé malgré la demande de retour d'appel sur leur boîte vocale. Le bar ferme à 9pm, impossible d'acheter une bière ou quelque chose à manger.

+Nice location, staff were friendly and good choice of food and drinks.
−For the money the room was very small, no wardrobe &, lack of shelf space. Breakfast was also not included which you would expect for the price charged.
