−The entire place needs some serious remodel. Used to be nice once upon a time, but from the minute you walk in, it is clear that it hasn't had any updates in a long time. It's unfortunate because the area is fantastic and this hotel could be a gem plan for small rooms, old carpet, really old bathrooms and a ugly elevator. Thet said, the bed was quite comfortable and the room clean.

「Great stay! I have stayed here 4 times and will stay again!」
+Great location! Walking distance to the lake, restaurants and public transit. Hotel is clean and the front staff is very helpful! The beds are so comfortable! Everything in the room was in working order! The room and the lobby were clean and well kept.

「Nice neighborhood. For the price, these things should not be an issue..」
+The area was exceptional. The scenery was amazing and for the most part, a very safe neighborhood. Front desk staff were amazing
−The housekeeping situation. We were told they come every third day. We stayed 4 and no one ever came to change sheets nor towels or trash. We had to go ask for towels every day and take our trash downstairs to dispose. The room was always so stuffy and we noticed a roach in the ceiling light fixture in the bathroom just walking around.

「Way too expensive for the quality compared to other hotels.」
+The location was decent.
−The hotel is old and was dirty, we also had a bug in our room. For $400 a night compared to other hotels, this was much lower quality and dirtier. The carpet and chair were dirty and stained. Could have stayed somewhere much nicer for $100 more a night and it would have been much more worth it.

「Excelente」
+Muy bueno! Muy acogedor al estilo Hotel boutique. Habitaciones amplias y baño limpio, tienen aire acondicionado. Camas muy cómodas. Un barrio mas bien residencial, tranquilo, tiendas de todo tipo, y cerca del parque. Todo muy lindo. El personal muy simpáticos y amables. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahí.
