+The cleanliness. Spacious too. There are signs of garden improvements that are underway.
−Shower head doesn't release water evenly. Hot water on blue mark in the shower. Staff explained to me in advance, but unacceptable. The room had no air-conditioner. There was no view to complement the facility name.

−Good day, I had booked and paid to stay at The View. But after arriving, not finding a reception, being greeted by one of the maintenance guys, seeing the property in the state it is in and the room door not closing properly, I have chosen to book in elsewhere. I already know that I will not get a refund. And frankly, I'm okay with that. You may book your room out to someone else. Thank you.

「I didn’t like the place at all」

−The location, no chatting privacy, people smoking in their rooms and the smoke comes through to our room, no reception .

−No towels and the hot water wasn't working the first night. Was sorted quickly. Other everything was ok.

「It was OK」
+The room was clean, comfortable beds
−The area is very neglected, not the fault of the host but of the local council, the surrounding area looks terrible. The Braai was very dirty, the grid was filthy, the hostess did bring additional braai grid and tongs but it was still terrible.
