「Great central location」
+Close location to where I needed to be. Staff lovely. Hot towel rail and plenty of towels.
−Small pokey room, water tap kept on leaking in sink. Shower was so powerful when you turned it on that water went everywhere

+Very friendly staff, the location is superb and the room was fantastic! Spacious, nicely designed and included lovely touches like a welcome card. I wish I'd spent more than one night here.

「Exceptional」
+Wasn't expecting it to be to the standard it was because of the price. Provided everything you could need including earplugs,eye mask long side everything else . Cleanliness was exceptional. Even the little brownie and card left out for the guest

「Brilliant place to stay」
+Staff were brilliant, Luke in particular. I needed assistance and nothing was too much trouble for Luke. This was the perfect way to look after guests, highly recommend and very impressed, thank you.

「High quality, reasonable price and a great location」
+The room was spacious and very clean with ample amenities. The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked out any light from the street. The room was well presented and I was pleasantly surprised to find a stuffed lamb on my bed upon arrival.
−My only issue was that the shower screen was rather narrow which meant that it was inevitable for water to sprayed over most of the bathroom and clean towels. This hardly impacted my stay but I feel that perhaps a door would be better on the shower cubicle.

「Room was very small」

−Room was extremely small, great disparity between different rooms despite similar prices, windows won't open, ac unit/ generator next to room which was very loud and constant throughout the night
