+"Cool" hotel. The atmosphere. Had a problem with the shower drain, brilliantly fixed by the staff.
−The open walk-in shower is cool, but in a small bathroom it could be a disaster if you don't pay attention

「Great place, for the most part. Not sure the high price represented good value for money.」
+Great place overall. Most (not all) staff were very helpful. Breakfast was superb. Location also. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. No complaints there.
−Very high price for families; given the hotel size, number of guests, slow elevators (huge building), and limited parking options. Further, despite claims, check-in was not seamless. A couple of staff members were 'too cool for school' (or service). We weren't looking for much, just less than a 15 min wait in line, to get help. I understand there's normally an easier process, but there were a couple of complications and the wait to get it resolved felt very long. When service finally came, check-in was arranged quickly. Meanwhile it was late, and we were already travel-tired.

「Nice and comfortable hotel, but not very social..」
+It's a nice hotel! The bed was exceptionally good compared to others, and the airconditioning actually worked. Breakfast was also good. The location is obviously very central, and views on the top floors are great.
−There was a lot of very loud noise outside (even at night, and even noticable on the 23rd floor..), but I guess that will be gone when all the construction around it will be done. And the bathroom had some water outflow issues. Also, for a hotel called The Social Hub, I thought the whole process was rather devoid of human contact. The only staff we talked to was the person checking us at breakfast (while leaving us to do all the check in work).
