「Cold room at night」
+Location and staff good
−Very poor sleep. Thin quilt and no heating, radiator was cold. Very cold room, not a good night sleep.

「GOOD VALUE HOTEL IN AN EXPENSIVE AREA」
+Evening meal (not included in the price) was very good - authentic Indian food (authentic as far as I cab judge) staff friendly and helpful. Good value compared with many hotels in the area.
−Operating the television was beyond me, it seemed to be more of a computerised entertainment centre. I couldn't get any of the usual TV channels *service unavailable". I should have asked for a staff member to sort it out, but read instead. The room was not arranged well - the heater had to be wedged between the wall and the bed as the only electrical points were in a corner of the room next to the bed which I had to climb over to operate the heater or the kettle.

−There was no information in the room. About access to the wifi and password. It would be helpful to have a guide to staying at the hotel in each room

「Convenient and comfortable enough for a one night stay」
+A friendly welcome, clean rooms (a relief after recent bad reviews) and all the basics you need for an overnight stay. No breakfast provided and we didn’t use the pub at all as attending a local celebration.
+Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed.

+Small but ok for a 1 night stay.. 20 mins walk to town Bar/Indian restaurant on site
−By the road so a little noisy Bikes were secured outside in a non-secure compound

+The location was very good as I was visiting Alcester for my family....
−The room wasn't serviced and I have come home with bites all over my skin so I'm guessing they have a bed bug issue..
