「Comodo ai trasporti pubblici, confortevole.」
+Studio molto ampio, letto comodissimo, angolo cottura con cialde per caffè, bustine del tè, acqua naturale in bottiglia all'arrivo. Bagno con ottima doccia enorme. Complesso in zona un po' scarna/buia, ma comunque vicino alla stazione S-Bahn e a dieci minuti a piedi da alcuni bei bar/ ristoranti di Neukolln.
−La mia stanza - 213 - aveva affaccio proprio sulla stazione dei treni, che passano non-stop 24/24 h, quindi purtroppo molto rumorosa di notte. Nonostante fossero disponibili nella stanza dei tappi per orecchie, il rumore era comunque fastidioso. Consiglierei di insonorizzare tutte le camere con affaccio sulla stazione (ovvero quelle con il numero dispari).

−Schloss der Haupttür ist kaputt. Deswegen hat in der ersten Nacht in 20 Uhr und 4 Uhr ein unbekannter Mann an allen Hoteltüren geklopft. Umgebung großstadttypisch laut. Fernseher: kein live TV möglich

−Pobyt został anulowany na godzinę przed odbiorem kodu wejściowego, gdy już stałam pod jego drzwiami. Nie został zaproponowany pobyt zastępczy w innym obiekcie a byłam 600km od domu w obcym mieście zza granicą.

+Ein Zimmer zur Strasse war für mich sehr angenehm. Es ist wesentlich ruhiger als die Seite zur U-Bahn
−Treppenhaus muss renoviert werden. Zumindest gestrichen.

「Unterkunft ist gut für Kurztrip」
+Das Zimmer ist schön und modern. Der Zugang hat gut funktioniert.
−Die Lage muss man bewusst wollen. Die S Bahnstation liegt direkt daneben - Haupttür ist leider immer offen.
