「Unpleasant」
+The hotel its self is beautiful and clean
−I booked to stay here with a friend as I was having an operation with Enhanced across the road and I had to leave Plymouth at 3 am to be there for 11am for my operation. I got to the hotel about 4 o’clock everything was lovely. The room was lovely. Went down to the pub part to have my tea which the food was absolutely beautiful. Went back up to my room to rest and from 830 at night there was doors slamming so loud it was shaking the building. Went down to report it to reception and she said she would put it in a group chat to find out what the banging was. The banging still continued so me and my friend took a look around to see what it was and it was two members of staff apparently cleaning rooms and accidentally slamming the doors. They were really rude and unpleasant and said they were finished and it wouldn’t happen again, then still continued for an hour after. Then finally was able to get to sleep at 10:30 to then be woke up at 11 am by drunk people shouting and laughing and being really loud that continued to half past one in the morning when me and my friend decided to leave the hotel and head back to Plymouth, which is three hour drive early hours of the morning I could un

「Klassisches Hotel mit Charakter」
+Ein Hotel der alten Schule, mit weichen karierten Teppichböden, hölzernen Treppen und einer netten Bar/Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.
−Gab am Tag meines Aufenthalts kein warmes Wasser in meinem Zimmer. Hoffentlich kein Dauerzustand.

+Great location, it was a spacious room relatively modern and clean and comfortable and all of the staff were friendly. The food was also very good!
−No hooks for towels anywhere - only criticism of the room.

「Really nice clean well maintained hotel」
+I read reviews it was dated but they had recently been refurbished was a pleasant surprise
−They had a few functions going on party’s etc and they were a bit noisy but it didn’t go on late

「Relaxing, easy and enjoyable」
+The staff were brilliant, the facilities are excellent.
−The bed in standard room was quite small but the room was a great size bathroom lovely. Only other comment would be that the rooms can be confusing to find so more signage would be helpful.

−Tired and smelly hotel, noisy at night. Tv turned itself on at 1am and fire alarm went off at 5. Staff are not welcoming

−They put me in the wrong room which meant messing around at late check in. Wasnt ideal.

「Could have been better with some adjustments」
+Nice bathroom
−Beds uncomfortable Poor signage to wayfind to room Poor offer of teas and coffee in room. Could have done with a biscuit or cookie. Complicated television operation. Had to call a member of staff to get the TV back on the Internet Noise at night. People emptying bins and loud talking
