+Excellent location very quiet close to carpark all staff very friendly and helpful hotel very clean and tidy all amenities very good.
−Nothing much to moan about everything was what we expected it to be,we should of asked where our room was as we was on the top floor which was a bit of a struggle when you are in your 60s but that's our fault other than that every thing was excellent.

+Really warm and friendly welcome by the owner. Had a laugh and joke which was nice, really good front of house behaviour. Also had a good chat and laugh with the barman over a few drinks early in the evening.

「Great value for money.」
+Great location for tower, a very warm welcome from staff, heating was on too during a cold windy october! We literally only slept and washed in our room and was out all day and hotel fulfilled our needs. Bar and pool table was a good option if need in the evenings. Hotel found some forgotten items in our room and left them with our bags in storage - thank you kindly!
