「Great nights sleep and incredible food」
+Lovely big comfy bed, beautiful old building and food was exceptional!

+Location, comfort and spacious.
−6 bulbs needed changing, room too dark. The ensuite door did not remain closed, kept opening. Bathroom toiletries bottles were empty! No hairdryer, needed to get one from another room.

+Jack and Daniel were very welcoming hosts when we arrived and helped with bags as well as serving a gorgeous dinner. Bed was so comfortable and the room quaint and very clean. The town was lovely to walk around too. Would definitely stay again

「Lovely place to stay」
+Breakfast expensive when all I wanted was cereal and juice

「Warm friendly welcome and an exceptional night's sleep」
+A warm friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff . Very comfortable room and bed . We can't give enough praise , especially at this price point .
−Be carefully entering the car park , it's very narrow .

「Great location」
+Location was perfect.
−The pub did not serve food on Sunday evening. The room was tight and compact. The entrance to the car park, although big once inside, was difficult to enter.

「Requires substantial improvement to the house keeping and breakfast Services timings」
+having stayed at the plough roughly 12 times over a fifteen year period some years multiply times, im very formilliar with the hotel, though has had multiple change of management.
−Having stayed at the plough many times pre covid we decided to go back after a change or ownership this year though the general rooms and building layout hadn't changed, the quality of service had, in the three night stay there was no house keeping to the rooms no bed making no clean towels no emptied bins and the general cleanliness of the room on first look was good, when I plugged the phone charger behind the bed the cleanliness dropped to very poor and as I looked further round the room they are in need of deep cleaning and all six room I booked agreed with this comment. then we were told breakfast started at 8:30, though they accommodated our request for earlier, they couldn't offer the full breakfast it would simply be every body has the same, I struggle that a hotel starts breakfast so late in the morning and for this reason our next trip we will stay somewhere else as 8am breakfast makes for a unnecessary rushed breakfast

「Defo recommend!」
+Super friendly staff, especially Bex who we spoke to the most and she was just lovely! All of them were so helpful. Beds were super comfy, rooms stoked well and smelled amazing, great facilities, lovely food and good selection for breakfast. Really conveniently located and free parking! Also loved the games in the bar. Thanks all for a great honeymoon stay.
