−The room is very small and without natural light

+Excellent location for tourist destinations. Everything is in walking distance. It was clean, quiet, and has great views.
−The is no door or curtain for the shower, so you can see directly into the shower from the bed, which I found a bit odd.

「Great location, but serious issues with heating/aircon and cramped spaces.」
+Oh dear. I was looking forward to staying here but…the good things: the location, the cleanliness, the bed, the bathroom (…At a pinch)
−The reception crew need to up their game. Bland empathy doesn’t help when the tiny bedrooms are furnace like hot, there’s no way to lower the heat - their words - and the window doesn’t open much and leads to the fire escape. The forlorn quality of a breakfast room which no longer serves breakfast. The feeling that the hotel was an experiment that didn’t quite work.

「Sauber und in zentraler Lage」
+Sehr gute Lage, schnell im Zentrum. Moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer. Gemütliche Lounge mit kostenlosem Kaffee und Snacks. Freundliches Personal
−Es gab trotz Buchung kein Frühstück mehr, dafür ein Gutschein für ein Frühstücksrestaurant in der Nähe. Flur, Treppenhaus und Fahrstuhlbereich sind sehr, sehr eng. Es passen nicht zwei Personen aneinander vorbei.

+Tudo estava impecável. Quando cheguei o quarto já estava a uma temperatura muito agradável. Junto à recepção tem sempre ao dispor café, snacks, docinhos... A 15 minutos da estação Bruxelas Central, e mesmo do outro lado da rua encontra-se uma estação de metro que nos leva para todo o lado. Muito bom!! Recomendo

+I had to find a hotel late at night after a Eurostar cancellation. Booked this hotel around 10.30pm and wouldn't have made it there before the reception desk closed at 11pm, however the staff called me straight away and arranged for late access. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a good night's rest.
