「Lovely stay in Eccleshall」
+The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable and full of character.
−The hotel is on a rather noisy crossroads, although it didn't particularly bother us.

+The location was spot on right in the middle of town, there was ample car parking and the room had a wow factor , there was a mini fridge which was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable, the rooms don't have numbers they have names and the one I was in was called best room .,the breakfast had a variation, which was nice and I had porridge and crumpets , full breakfast was available which my fellow guests from another room had and they said it was delicious and plentiful.
−Being charged for a twix out of fridge at £2 when I could of got it at the shop for less than half , and it was slightly discoloured .

「A luxury stay in a perfect location」
+The decor and furnishings were high spec and the rooms were immaculate and felt luxurious. We had a great view down the High Street. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
−Would've liked a breakfast included for the price paid.
