「Lemon Tree- Visit to Family」
+The room was warm and comfortable, clean and shower very good
−Although cooked breakfast was a good choice there was no choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit juices on offer which when we first started to stay at the Lemon Tree was standard.

−Parking was almost impossible for our landrover due to narrow stone entrance/exit.

「We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay」
+Staff very friendly and breakfast excellent . We particularly liked the fact that breakfast was available until 10 o'clock giving ample time for a morning stroll beforehand

−There is a restaurant, not open in the evening. Breakfast was above our budget but we had free coffee as a gesture of good will. Narrow gap between the boundary wall and the building to the front car park. Stairs only to the rooms.

+The staff we met on our arrival and the first morning of our stay were excellent. They were frendly and offered lots of information about places to visit in Wrexham. The building is beautiful, the bedroom was cosy and appropriately decorated for the age of the building. The bar is small but well stocked a shame it closes at 8pm. The quality of breakfast was excellent and you can add or remove items. The hash browns are the best I've had in forever. Location is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from town centre and train stations.
−We were dissapointed to find that evening meals aren't served, as the quality of food they serve for breakfast is excellent and after travelling over 3 hours in stormy conditions we would have preferred to stay and eat at the hotel. The bedding it didn't fit properly, the duvet only just covered the bed and wasn't the best quality. Also the shower isn't the best the shower head wasn't working properly, it only worked on the inner setting. We also didn't like that there is no member of staff on site after 8pm meaning you use an electronic fob to gain entry to the premises if you've been out for the evening. Ours didn't work after several attempts, I had to look up the emergency contact number to ask them for help. When I informed the member of staff on duty the next evening while they checked another guest in. Their reply was "well it should", and never offered to check or even give the other guests the emergency number to contact.
