「Peebles is a charming town , and well worth staying in a central and unpretentious hotel.」
+Central location and surprisingly quiet for a Friday Night. And Peebles has a free car park!
−Room wasn't all that warm. The only wash hand basin was minute and impossible to fill the kettle from without using a cup.

「Excellent customer service」
+Rooms were spotless, our thanks to Alesha for that. The manager was excellent he was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Customer service was excellent, I believe the managers name was WILL. Thanks . Will be staying there again.

+This place is great, love the vibe of it. Very historic. Rooms are modern with original features
−The room was freezin, the AC/heating unit didnt really heat the room, i had 2 duvets and was still cold.

「Friendly stay.」
+Good feeling about it. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Room 3 was a family room and was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits were great.

+Nice hotel,nice town lots of quirky shops nice to walk around lots of historical sites.
−No heating in our room spoke to the hotel staff and they told .e that they had fixed it, had a meal then had to leave to go to a concert so did not have a chance to go back up to our room,came back to the hotel about 11pm to find the room freezing, tried to get the heating to come on but to no avail,did not see the point in phoning anyone at the hotel as obviously they were not able to rectify the problem myself and my partner got ready for bed after getting cleaned up, I felt so cold that my asthma was playing up all night as was my arthritis, we left in the morning I did not see the point in speaking to the hotel staff as I did not think I would get this resolved by them,I phoned booking.com whenever I got home and raised a complaint. ,
