+Location is good with free parking, not far from city centre.
−as soon as you ln to the hotel hallway the floor carpet is dirty and it smells dump as well, before you get into the reception, there is un old bar at the front with dirty carpet floor too, I try to seat to have a drink but there is no one there, it was dark even I can't seat in it, because of the dump smell and is not bright and not welcoming you?? the reception area it doesn't has a desk receptionist quality. After I checked in, my room was on the 2nd floor, well walking up on those dirty covered carpet stairs with dump escorts me to my room was horrible, the dump smell stopped as soon as I jumped in to my room well the room is okay but is not worth it for the money I pay to stay for a night the bed is old box bed but the mattress feels okay but I didn't uncover to see the condition. the bed cover and the bathroom is clean overall the room is good and inviting you to stay for one night with TV and free tea, coffee, milk, clean cup and cattle that's all. but the hotel bar, hallway and the building inside outside it needs a bright makeover, is not what you see or expected on the hotel advertisement, I don't know where they get those pictures. No thanks 4 me 😊❤️✌️

「Very enjoyable stay」
+The location is excellent. Free parking and free WiFi is very good. Room was clean and smart just a few slight issues in the bathroom but that was clean as well. Staff are very friendly

「Poor」
+Stained carpets in the hallways & rooms, scuffs & marks all over the walls, general poor decoration, no attention to detail with the cleaning, broken glass all over the car park, it's a dump!

「Great weekend let down by hotel staff and policies.」
+Large car park, easy to find
−Requested photographic ID on arrival, this was not mentioned on booking. Deposit taken by card, with promise to return deposit on Monday. This has not arrived and no call received from the hotel. Staff very abrupt on arrival.

「Good for position only !!」
+I went for the football so it's position in relation to the town centre and football ground was ideal.
−It was a very tired tatty hotel and room. The staff weren't exactly customer friendly either.

「A SLUM」
+The morning reception guy was very nice and helpful
−It is unsafe for single women. It stank of damp. Holes in the bedding. I was bitten during the night from probably bed bugs. Toilet brush holder was disgustingly. Door paint flaking off. Washing machines in the car park
