「Good location, did the job but needs a little re vamp」
+Looked lovely, Good location. But..
−needs repainting, flaking from the window wall. Needed chair, more wall sockets also and the drains in this particular room stunk out the room! No cover on the shower drain (which was where the smell was coming from) drain in sink not draining, took a while for water to go down.. smaller than expected. Need to pay attention to cleaning the bathroom. All codes, so no people, had to find alternative breakfast. No coffee machine, kettle full of used water, not emptied or cleaned.

「Great, would stay again! Great apartment with a fantastic location.」
+Modern, comfortable and great location
−If I had to be picky, The windows are thin you can hear everything outside, we stayed on a weekday but can imagine it being even more noisy on a weekend.
