「Passable but I wouldn’t recommend.」
+Great location, fairly well presented in most respects. Clean bathroom, linen and smell. Nice breakfast and service was fine.
−When slightly moving one of the single beds in the room I found a lot of dirt including a spillage which I hoped was hot chocolate but may have been dried up sick. It was on the lower part of the bed and bedside table too. Needless to say I moved the bed back and we didn’t use that one (we had one to spare). The other issue was the water was so hot in the shower it was scalding even on the coolest setting. The beds were OK but the pillows weren’t very comfortable. I expected a better standard for the price.

「Nice hotel.」
+Location was great. Good selection for breakfast. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
−Although selection of breakfast food was good, our scrambled eggs were much too salty for our taste. Unusual taps on shower and it was hard to get the water cool enough to stand under.

「Enjoyable stay, friendly staff, great location」
+-Really friendly staff, everyone I met was so lovely -clean and comfy room -delicious breakfast, good range of options -gorgeous views of the sea from the restaurant -great location -free parking a very short walk away
−-Window was rotting with a pane almost falling out (have seen previous review responses saying these are being updated). -Very strong smell of cooking in my room, quite off-putting. -Woken by very loud bin collection at 7am on Saturday morning which lasted almost an hour. -Staff were taking breaks directly underneath my window, of course they need and deserve a break but they were quite loud. -Couldn't get a table for dinner the day I arrived, no mention of needing to pre-book when I checked in, also not mentioned online or on the menus in the room. Was v hungry after 3 hour drive so ordered a takeaway instead. -I picked a 'cosy double' so knew it would be small, but I felt the room was expensive for it's size and lack of view (unless you like to look at bins and broken furniture).

−Room right opposite lift meant noise issues. Very poor shower pressure. Rubbish TV or remote to TV.
