+The location and accessibility. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Coffee and breakfast were decent. We would stay there again when we visit the area.
−The sanitizing cleaner smell in our room but disappeared after I sprayed our room spray.

+Up to date connections, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, nice shower, quiet, clean, nice bed. Very nice place.

+Close proximity to cape cod running event. It was clean.
−Hot water was VERY slow in the shower. WiFi was connected but not working. Price was not justified for the quality of the stay but might’ve been due to marathon weekend.
