「What can I say. Excellent! Thank you!」
+Everything excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Food what can I say wonderful, tasty, well cooked, good variety. Accommodation tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Bed very comfy. Amenities excellent, Toiletries, Beverages, Biscuits, Satellite TV, Free Internet. Location, Beautiful Village in Picturesque Valley view to Pendle Hill.

「I would defiantly recommend a good value, really cosy pub with great staff and food.」
+Lovely cosy pub, very warm and welcoming staff, evening meal was superb as was breakfast.
−In my room there was a light by the entrance door that was controlled by a movement sensor, but it kept on turning on and off all night so after no sleep for several hours I had to pull it out from the ceiling and put a sock over it to stop it. I was very tired in the morning and reported to the staff. It was possibly the wind that was setting it off, but am sure a qualified electrician could change or remedy it in some way. Such a shame as the bed and room were lovely.

「Comfortable but cramped」
+The room we were allocated was very tight on space , the bathroom shower controls were broken and there were signs of damp or water ingress in the bathroom by the toilet. We had no view from our room despite requesting a view of pendle hill when I booked

「A perfect stay for our group of eight.」
+Scenic location, beautifully presented bedroom , lounge and bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Staff always ready to help and extremely efficient. Food excellent !

「A very pleasant and welcoming hotel in a beautiful area.」
+The accomodation was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The food on the evening and at breakfast was very good and plentiful.
−As our room had 4 steps from entry to bed area a handrail would have been a bonus but it was managable.

「Would stay again.」
+Food generally good. Very large portions. Quiet, pleasant location. Lovely shower gels, coffee etc in room. I asked for feather free duvet and pillows due to allergies. Our bed was made up with feather filled duvet and pillows, but when this was pointed out, it was changed with no issue at all, which was appreciated.
−A small thing but no butter at breakfast to go with toast, but provided on request.

「Great location」
