−No restaurant close by and no available Ubers so spent $100 to get to and to to a restaurant for my daughters 18th birthday. Thought the eatery was open

「Great event venue」
+Very easy to check in with the room number and pin code email a few days prior, tea and coffee in the room, the room was super clean and tidy. Great location for an event with everything you need.
−Can't think of anything, just a great place, really enjoyed our stay.

−Instructions to operate tv in the room was not explanatory. Bed and pillows was uncomfortable Condensation in the room

「Lovely as an air B&B, modern, spacious and comfortable, about an 8 min drive to Levin very easy.」
+The room was great, spacious and accessibility was great
−Stayed in room 23 as I needed a walk in shower, Gates were not closed/locked on our last evening they were, felt uneasy as seemed we were the only guests, nobody onsite to be found, cafe/restaurant closed not what the paperwork states in the room. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t get any service eg bins emptied nor were the extra rubbish bags/outdoor bins it’s like an Air B&B the door handle has a lock code to enter.
